Who we are
The Good Sales Co helps service-led businesses bring consistency to their sales by putting clear structure around how they sell.
The focus is on moving from effort-driven outcomes to repeatable results. Sales becomes clearer, more confident, and less dependent on individual style or seniority.
What works can be understood, used, and built on by the wider team.
This creates a shared foundation the business can rely on as it grows.
Why work with us
By working with The Good Sales Co, you can ensure
Sales becomes less dependent on individuals
When sales lives in people’s heads, results vary. By introducing shared language, clear decision points, and consistent ways of working, sales becomes something the business owns rather than something carried by a few people. This saves you time and effort in the long-run.
Value is articulated earlier and more clearly
Without structure, sales conversations often drift into delivery detail or price. A consultative approach helps teams focus on outcomes, relevance, and commercial value from the outset. This helps improve deal velocity and conversion rates.
Effort translates into visible progress
Teams often work hard on sales without clear signals of what is moving deals forward. Defined stages and expectations create visibility & momentum, allowing you to focus your effort on the right deals.
Meet the Founder
Guy Fisher
Founder & Lead AdvisorGuy is the founder of The Good Sales Co, with seven years experience helping growing service businesses work out how to sell in a way that genuinely fits them.
He’s seen the same pattern play out time and again. A founder builds something brilliant. Early clients come through referrals and reputation. Then growth starts to wobble because sales feels unclear, inconsistent or too dependent on one person.
Guy works with leadership teams to change that. He introduces clarity where there is ambiguity, discipline where there is drift and practical structure where there is guesswork. His focus is on strengthening value articulation, tightening qualification and improving the quality of sales conversations so that revenue becomes more consistent and controllable.
His focus is on meaningful change you can feel quickly, alongside building the right foundations for scale. Calm, considered and commercially grounded, he works alongside founders to take the pressure out of sales and replace it with clarity and confidence.
He started The Good Sales Co to support more founders through that transition. The aim is simple: remove the ambiguity from sales and build foundations that allow good businesses to grow with intention.
